Joined in June 2024 to redesign the homepage for Project Spectrum, a reference platform helping companies achieve cyber-compliance for DoD business. Repurposed legacy code to design an interactive wheel guiding users through 7 personas via FAQ-style prompts to identify their compliance needs — a feature that drove a full site restructure for v2.0.

Usability testing surfaced the dashboard as the next priority.

As stakeholder needs grew to support a larger DoD-facing ecosystem, I led a ground-up redesign for v3.0 — cutting legacy elements and rebuilding only what worked. The final design earned approval from the VP, CEO, and key stakeholders. The 7 personas turned into 7 offerings that we can use for lead gen in our marketing on a more detailed and targeted basis.
